1. Our Services

Wheel Kick Mobile Tyre provides mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, tyre replacement and emergency roadside tyre assistance at customer locations, subject to availability and safety conditions.

2. Bookings & Availability

We aim to provide a fast response, especially for emergency call-outs. Arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, location, tyre availability or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Pricing & Quotes

Prices may vary depending on tyre size, tyre brand, location, time of service and the work required. Any quote given before inspection is based on the information you provide and may change if the situation is different on arrival.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, bank transfer or other available payment options.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, tyre and location details
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
• Follow technician safety instructions at roadside locations
• Confirm you have permission for work to be carried out on the vehicle

6. Safety & Refusal Of Service

We may refuse, delay or stop work if the location, vehicle condition, weather or roadside environment is unsafe. Safety decisions are made at the technician's discretion.

7. Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A cancellation or call-out charge may apply if a technician has already been dispatched.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, incorrect information supplied by the customer, delays outside our control or losses caused by unsafe vehicle conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
